Tiger t3000 forever powervu not working

Hi I just got a tiger t3000 works great on fta and biss but when you try powervu channels the picture and sound stops and starts then locks up the only thing I can't set is NTSC for north america it has it but its only 750p/50 any thing else goes to PAL settings so I can set the resolution . I think it's a software problem when powervu trys to play #in Mbps when it stops it's 0.0 Mbps quality is 99% does anyone have an answer. Thanks
