More amends to vod downloader to prevent false Error being shown.
Better handling of files where the server doesn't have file content-length
Removal of files from the downloader screen if they have been deleted/moved from the download location.
A reminder deleting files from the downloader screen, does not delete them from the download location. But for efficiency, it is better to removed completed ones.

This plugin is a rework of my XStreamity plugin but with all new layout and new side menu accessible by the "Menu" button.
This plugin only plays xtream code playlists and does not play other playlists or m3u playlist

Replace brackets ( ) [ ] in filenames to prevent a certain software crash that doesn't like them.
