Added Italian language Translation thanks Bella Italia.
Added Croatian language Translation thanks milan58.
Added Slovak - Czech - Hungarian - Russian languages Translations thanks Warder.
Thanks speedy005 for update ivpn converter to work on py2 and py3
Added Ciefp some plugins (Not all not finished, too many plugins) .
Added Style no 8 and refresh all templates for more standardization.
Tuning Digital Clocks styles.
Fix and improvements for OpenBH, OpenViX and NSS screens.

New Features & Enhancement

1. Handling a lot of users comments.
2. Improve the virtual keyboard and add three option to display it, plus no needs to change it with openpli it will working with all images.
3. Improve windows styles for screens not included in the skin.
4. Some fixes and improvements.
