Catchup amends again. Slightly different approach
Fixed recording stripping out accented characters
Reverted some code in the downloader, so should now work like it used to work.

Note: openpli 8.3+ / openpli 9 please install from plugin feeds first to load required dependencies.
Then you can load the latest from this forum over the top.
Plugin is for playing official Xtream Codes/XUI ONE IPTV playlists.
This plugin does not play other playlists or m3u playlists.

Downloader updates.
Fixed the wget message issue
I now no longer delete completed downloads
Invalid URLs will say "Error"
Downloads do not stop when re-entering the downloader.

You might need to delete your original downloads file if some are stuck in the wrong state.

XStreamity V4.69
More amends to vod downloader to prevent false Error being shown.
Better handling of files where the server doesn't have file content-length
Removal of files from the downloader screen if they have been deleted/moved from the download location.
A reminder deleting files from the downloader screen, does not delete them from the download location.
