Update Online WireGuard VPN V.12.8

* Speeded up pinging both by page and by selection.
* Removed the option to ping all servers, it was useless
* Fixed execution on the NonSoloSat image (thanks pippomus for testing).
* Added support for the CobraLiberoSat image (thanks pippomus for testing).
* Built and tested on Python 3.13.
* Updated the French translation (thanks gruick1).
* Updated the Greek translation (thanks giorbak).
* Update .po and .pot files.
