[Plugin] Movietime

A new enigma2 plugin Movietime - is attached below. It should work with both Python 2 and Python 3 images.
With some python 2 images - to play videos please use Download -> Current downloads -> select item -> Play.

It should remove the skins name error, add the video name to the play or downloaded items, and improve the python 3 download method.

Please first remove the existing addon (Movietime first screen - Red button) and next install the new version (Movietime first screen - Green button).

The following movies addon is attached below. It has been tested with a python 3 image, but it may also be ok with some python 2 image. Please put the zip files in /tmp folder and install via Movietime first screen - green button.
