Hello from Andorra

Good afternoon members,
I'm a young Dutch guy who recently relocated to Andorra.
Before moving here, I used to enjoy watching my favorite sport, cycling, in high resolution via coax cable at home, which was upgraded to fiber a few years ago. However, since my move, I've had to resort to internet streams (via Chromecast, etc.), which offer lower bitrate quality than I'm accustomed to.
To improve my viewing experience, I've delved into the world of (FTA) satellite TV. I didn't grow up watching satellite TV, so it's new and exciting tech for me! My goal is to access host broadcast signals directly from the satellites.
Currently, I'm navigating the purchase of a satellite dish to kickstart this hobby. With a bachelor's degree in computer science, I haves some foundational technical knowledge to navigate through. I must admit, living in a highly mountainous area, I'm concerned about accessing the Western constellations. Let's see what challenges await!
Looking forward to joining the FTA sports section soon. See you around!
