Flat antennas/Flat dish(es)

Hi,

I notice a lot of flat antennas on Amazon. However, despite much googling cannot find specs for any of these. Does anyone have any experience of them? How do I find their equivalent diameter size. Basically I am in a location where I need 60cm disk for 13 degrees east, cannot use a standard disk for planning reasons but could quite likely get away with one of these as they are unobtrusive.
